Every cremation urns is 100% new and made through a process called 'sand casting', so there may be residual residue inside the urn that can be easily rinsed out with water.

The urn lid is located on the base of the urn and opens by twisting counter clockwise.

Do not expose your urn to very cold temperatures. It may cause the metal to expand and contact, and can cause the paint or finish on your urn to crack and peel.

Do not leave your urn in direct sunlight. The UV rays will cause the color or image on your urn to fade over time.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any item that customized, personalized or used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
